Scam and awful service I ordered a multifunction brother machine, I called with questions including to make sure it was a new one. I was told it was new and so I placed my order. I received an e-mail next day asking if I ordered 2 machines, I responded that I only wanted one. I called to see if they received it they said they did and that the order was being processed and that I would receive a tracking # that day. For two days after this call I kept calling and the person who answered would say he had to transfer me wher I would get a voicemail and no call back. three days later my office called for tracking and they said they hadn't processed our order yet as it was recently placed. Well hardly two hours later the same machine was delivered to the office, with no return address. Worst of all it WAS USED> Three calls after that I got upset and I was reassured that a link was sent to my e-mail how to return it, the link never arrived!!! I called again and was told they sent it again no link and they acted surprised that I wanted a new machine as they don't carry them. Now I have a used machine at the same price of the new one, my CC was charged 491 dollars, no information on how o return it and worst of all they didn't even think my ordered was processed yet!!!!! I have my own business and this is the worst experience I have ever had, dishonest company with poorest service if u can even consider that a service at all.

Poor Customer Service Ordered an Epson Printer 1/3/2011. Credit card was charged 1/3/2011. Received e-mail 1/3/2011 saying printer not available and order is cancelled. Called and e-mailed 1/7/2011 asking for refund. Their web site says I have no refund pending but it remains on my bill. Poor business practice to bill before shipment then hold money for a number of days before refunding.

SOLD TWO DEFECTIVE PRINTERS - POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE I purchased a refurbished Brother MFC 8710DW copier printer for $297. First, I was shipped the WRONG (8910DW) less expensive machine. The machine stopped working. After notifying A Matter of Fax (aka PC & More and PrintersCopiersand More) of their defective product, they sat on their hands for I think at least a week before responding. Of course, I was without a printer/copier and greatly inconvenienced. The first return was via FedEx, who picked up at my home. HOWEVER, they DELAYED shipping a replacement, even though I provided the tracking number the afternoon FedEx picked up the defective machine. More time without a printer/copier!! When I FINALLY received my replacement refurbished printer (they did ship the correct model), it was also defective as the printer JAMMED repeatedly! Any semblance of Quality Control would have never shipped this defective printer/copier to a customer. When I asked for a pre-paid shipping label to return, I was given a UPS label -- which did NOT include pre-paid pick-up. (I hurt my back lifting the first return onto a table outside my front door.) My repeated requests to have them provide an account no. to pay the $11.99 pickup charge went ignored...until I was told I had 4 days left to return the product. I had to spend 30 minutes trying to pre-pay the $11.99 charge -- that UPS' website didn't provide...so I had to waste another 12-15 minutes to call UPS and speak to someone in the Phillipines to schedule the pick-up and pre-pay charges A Matter of Fax/ PC More/ PrintersCopiesandMore should have paid. Frustration level is through the roof!! Thus, due to all the "damage" A Matter of Fax/PrintersCopiersandMore / PC & More have inflicted on me, I am taking the time to inform other consumers so they don't do business with any of these entities...or do so at your own risk.

Poor Customer Service Their Website says in Stock, but then they cancelled order and never tell you its cancelled. Then when never shows up and contact them, they never call back.

Poorest of Customer Service Amatteroffax has got to be one of worst companies doing business online to this day. While they did fulfill on online order, it was returned under a 90 day warranty. They have the product for which I paid (based upon UPS tracking) and I can not get any information regarding the RMA. They do not respond to any contact made by a customer on their “Customer Relationship Management” site, and they do not answer the one phone number they publish as “sales.” This is the worst customer service company online. You can get whatever you want elsewhere, and to avoid headaches, do not use amatterofax.com!
