Poor Customer Service Their Website says in Stock, but then they cancelled order and never tell you its cancelled. Then when never shows up and contact them, they never call back.

Choose a title that reflect 1 star I ordered a projector bulb online for 170, they tried to sneak a 1 year warranty on for 150 extra. I deleated it and checked out. When I checked out they never showed an online statment or invoice. I had to search for it. When I found it, sure enought they snuck the 150 warranty back on without my permission. I had to call and email to get it off. Now that it is off I have waited 13 days to get them to process my credit card and it still has not run through. Their customer service will not help. The supervisors will not call back. She told me multiple times it is processed and on its way. It never was. They were just saying what you want to hear. All their emploees sound miserable because everyone calls so upset. This is as shadey as it gets. Do not do business with them.

Mobay Scammers at best! This is not a real business it must be an affront designed to scam consumers. I called and inquired if they had the advertised item in stock and they pretended to check and say yes. I received an old totally used and abused item with no parts to install the scanner feeder. Their entire pool of staff is all dishonest and a party to the sham. They also posed as another name too, beware, pc and more same store

Zero customer service, Zero follow through My lamp went out on my TV, and I called and ordered a new part Saturday, May 31st. I also paid extra for 3-5 day shipping, as this is the main TV in my house. I received 2 emails Monday. The first said my order was processed, the second said they had questions regarding my order. Today is June 9th, 10 days later. I have made 7 phone calls, and 3 emails, ALL with no response. I cannot get anyone there to answer a phone. I HAVE tried every option, and I still do not have my part. Do not use this company!!!!

Poor Customer Service Ordered an Epson Printer 1/3/2011. Credit card was charged 1/3/2011. Received e-mail 1/3/2011 saying printer not available and order is cancelled. Called and e-mailed 1/7/2011 asking for refund. Their web site says I have no refund pending but it remains on my bill. Poor business practice to bill before shipment then hold money for a number of days before refunding.
