Choose a title that reflect 1 star I ordered a projector bulb online for 170, they tried to sneak a 1 year warranty on for 150 extra. I deleated it and checked out. When I checked out they never showed an online statment or invoice. I had to search for it. When I found it, sure enought they snuck the 150 warranty back on without my permission. I had to call and email to get it off. Now that it is off I have waited 13 days to get them to process my credit card and it still has not run through. Their customer service will not help. The supervisors will not call back. She told me multiple times it is processed and on its way. It never was. They were just saying what you want to hear. All their emploees sound miserable because everyone calls so upset. This is as shadey as it gets. Do not do business with them.

Poor RMA policy I ordered a printer toner cartridge. As soon as I put it in, the printer told me it wasn't compatible, so I had to return it to them. They don't refund shipping and you have to pay for return shipping, so even though they sent me a defective product that doesn't work as advertised, I'm out the cost of shipping both ways.

Scam and awful service I ordered a multifunction brother machine, I called with questions including to make sure it was a new one. I was told it was new and so I placed my order. I received an e-mail next day asking if I ordered 2 machines, I responded that I only wanted one. I called to see if they received it they said they did and that the order was being processed and that I would receive a tracking # that day. For two days after this call I kept calling and the person who answered would say he had to transfer me wher I would get a voicemail and no call back. three days later my office called for tracking and they said they hadn't processed our order yet as it was recently placed. Well hardly two hours later the same machine was delivered to the office, with no return address. Worst of all it WAS USED> Three calls after that I got upset and I was reassured that a link was sent to my e-mail how to return it, the link never arrived!!! I called again and was told they sent it again no link and they acted surprised that I wanted a new machine as they don't carry them. Now I have a used machine at the same price of the new one, my CC was charged 491 dollars, no information on how o return it and worst of all they didn't even think my ordered was processed yet!!!!! I have my own business and this is the worst experience I have ever had, dishonest company with poorest service if u can even consider that a service at all.

Poor Customer Service Their Website says in Stock, but then they cancelled order and never tell you its cancelled. Then when never shows up and contact them, they never call back.

Poor Customer Service I placed my order over a week ago, I still have not received any tracking information. Only 2 emails one received 4 days ago and one 4 hours ago... Both stating "A tracking number will be emailed to you shortly" I don't have a tracking number, the customer service link on their website redirects to a third party "Customer Service" company... I have sent inquiries to that company and to amatteroffax.com and neither one of them has sent me back anything with any amount of real information. If there is a delay, or the item is backordered or just lost in their warehouse... It would be great if someone would please let me know.
