GBHorrible Customer Service Our company purchased a Ricoh printer from A Matter of Fax along with a 3-year warranty. Our printer is used by the majority of our office personnel here and when it is down it greatly affects our business. We have had it break down twice on us, the first time it took them over 2 weeks to fix the issue. Turns out it ended up being a minor issue and they still gave us a run around for 2 weeks. This most recent time has been a week and a half and we do not have any timeline as to when they will fix it. They attempted to talk us into pro rating us our warranty instead of fixing the issue. It seems that they are doing whatever possible to pass the issue back onto us. We have not been happy at all with the service and customer care we have received from them since the purchase of the printer. We would NOT recommend A Matter of Fax to anybody looking to purchase through them.

GBAwful company - stay away This company is deceptive in its practices. Its website showed a "brand new" printer drum and cheap shipping (along with a good price). The product arrived a few days later but shipped was a re-manufactured unit and a refilled toner cartridge, which I didn't order. I've been trying to get this problem resolved for weeks. I finally turned the problem over to AMEX to help me out. They are withholding payment until I get a refund. I finally did get an RMA and will return the product shortly - but what a mess. Customer service is awful. Expect to get the runaround. Don't do business with this company.

GBBad Taste! Completely dissatisfied with this online reseller. Placed an order for a part costing apprx. $130. Of course, when I place the order it states right below the product picture... "Brand New Ready To Ship Within 24 to 48 Hours." I receive a call 5 days later (3 business days) to tell me the price has changed to $390. If I'm not willing to pay the difference the order will be cancelled. Not the way to do business. How would you feel? Don't waste your time ordering with them. Obviously the product was not ready to ship. What a bad taste! I see a pattern here of similar reviews with "pricing errors."
