trademark scammers Keep trying to scam me on trademark nonsense. Hope they get prosecuted soon.

Logomatics website design is a SCAM This company is a SCAM. I warn you do not use them. I ordered a website back in March of 2019 they said it would take 2 months to complete, after 7 months and $3500.00 later they removed the offline site they started and will not answer the phones, return email, or answer online chats. I initially ordered 2 logos from them and they delivered as promised so I decided to have them build a website I paid them up front $2500.00 for the website plus an additional $1000.00 for an animated video they appeared sincere They built the website almost to completion and just before they getting ready to deliver to me they dropped everything removed the offline site and disappeared

Amateur and a scam! Amateur and a scam! It took over a week to get just one logo done. Received 2 drafts that were so amateur, my 10 year old could've created it on his computer. I literally sent an image I found in a Google search, sent it to them and said "copy this" in order to get a logo that was acceptable. They had convinced me to upgrade to a package that included social media pages and stationary and I never received anything. When I called demanding a refund, the man on the phone said, oh the social media and stationary portions are being finalized right now and will be in your account shortly (total lie!). They just didn't want to give me my refund. I will be reporting them to the better business bureau. Don't waste your time or money on this company.

I have been trying for 11 days to get… Update : After I made this review the company contacted me and asked for an order number and said they would let appropriate party know of my problem. After that nothing I tried for days to get further contact. Now it 28 days with nothing, Tried by phone, live chat, e-mail. Absolutely NO response. My business is over 90% done by website.

Horrible experience!!! Don’t waste your money!!! Unless, of course, you want to suffer through 30 revisions where people who barely speak English insult you and ignore your instructions, only to walk away with a logo that looks like it was designed by a 3rd grader.
