Logomatics website design is a SCAM This company is a SCAM. I warn you do not use them. I ordered a website back in March of 2019 they said it would take 2 months to complete, after 7 months and $3500.00 later they removed the offline site they started and will not answer the phones, return email, or answer online chats. I initially ordered 2 logos from them and they delivered as promised so I decided to have them build a website I paid them up front $2500.00 for the website plus an additional $1000.00 for an animated video they appeared sincere They built the website almost to completion and just before they getting ready to deliver to me they dropped everything removed the offline site and disappeared

Great service but scummy tactics. Great service but scummy tactics. I ordered a logo from them more than a year ago, the service itself was iffy, but the end result was fantastic - so I let it slide. Roll on to a few months ago, "Logomatics" / "Logo Design Pros" emailed me in regards to a trademark request. I politely informed them that I do not wish to register one, as I am not currently using the business (that I got the logo made for). They repeatedly insisted that it is a legal requirement, and I forfeit my usage of the logo if the "other party" is interested in the trademark. After multiple messages they left me alone. Then tonight I receive another of the exact email, so I decide to Google it. Only to find many others have suffered the same issue, I guess it's their attempt to suck more money out of prior customers. To top it off, they've repeatedly tried to call me asking if I want another logo. Scummy..

I was actually satisfied with the… I was actually satisfied with the service I received a few years back. I asked for a number of revisions and they were all acted on quickly until I was happy with the final result. I didn't go for the cheapest option on offer which may have helped. However I too have been getting hassled about trademark infringements and getting the hard sell without any specifics.

This is one horrible company This is one horrible company, save your money and try someone else. There are some good employees there, but most of that staff is just incredibly bad. Almost non existent communication between them, having to hound the staff to get any sort of update after weeks of just nothing. They either take a ridiculous amount of time to answer back or they don't do at all. Had more than a couple employees be very rude and very obviously show they don't care about their job. They might have a decent design and engineering team, but it lacks the opportunity to shine because of the shameful work the rest of the departments do on a regular basis. I would never recommend this company to anybody.

I agree with Tom I agree with Tom. This is a horrible company to deal with. For months we are trying to finalise our website and can not get a decent response from Logomatics. They talk a good-game to sell AND TAKE ALL YOUR MONEY UP FRONT... but when it comes to action, they fail miserably. For months now our e-mails are not acknowledge or replied to, promises of "Oh soo sorry we will call you tomorrow to review and catch up" are empty hollow promises, they never call or follow up. Their command of the English language is appalling (it shows in the little work they have done). Our Website is severely delayed and has affected our business & trade. We are therefore instructing our lawyers to start legal proceedings for the damages. STAY AWAY FROM LOGOMATICS !!!
