This is one horrible company This is one horrible company, save your money and try someone else. There are some good employees there, but most of that staff is just incredibly bad. Almost non existent communication between them, having to hound the staff to get any sort of update after weeks of just nothing. They either take a ridiculous amount of time to answer back or they don't do at all. Had more than a couple employees be very rude and very obviously show they don't care about their job. They might have a decent design and engineering team, but it lacks the opportunity to shine because of the shameful work the rest of the departments do on a regular basis. I would never recommend this company to anybody.

This Company has been stringing me… This Company has been stringing me along for over a year always asking for more money. now they ask for even more money to deploy my webpages. they are scammers. please be careful what you get into with this company.

Horrible experience!!! Don’t waste your money!!! Unless, of course, you want to suffer through 30 revisions where people who barely speak English insult you and ignore your instructions, only to walk away with a logo that looks like it was designed by a 3rd grader.

I have been trying for 11 days to get… Update : After I made this review the company contacted me and asked for an order number and said they would let appropriate party know of my problem. After that nothing I tried for days to get further contact. Now it 28 days with nothing, Tried by phone, live chat, e-mail. Absolutely NO response. My business is over 90% done by website.

Logomatics is great! The response time of Logomatics is very fast, the designs I requested were delivered as promised, on time, and show a good amount of artistic skill. Bill Anderson helped me through the process and made sure each step of the way that we were both on the same page. I couldn't have asked for better service, highly recommended.
