The interviewer didn't have my details to hand, said it wasn't an interview, got angry with me for asking about the payments and told me that the base charge in the UK is £80 per session. The interviewer was vague and seemingly deceptive so I didn't get on board.

NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AND BROKEN APP App crashes. Can't find message area where they are supposedly trying to contact me. Can't figure out how to schedule the $50 each therapy appointments I paid for. There is no customer service chat or phone line, and no videos on how to use the app. The only phone number (even the US area code one, I found out, unfortunately) rings in India so I woke that person up in the middle of the night but she's looking for business partners, not to help clients. It is fully unbelievable that this service is part of care plans including Cigna. Their refund policy is "If you dispute, we will come after your credit, send you to collections, cancel your account, ban you from the platform." Today, after sending multiple messages yesterday, I found my account has been cancelled without any reference to what I paid for, whether the app works, or anything. Garbage. Don't use it.
