The interviewer didn't have my details to hand, said it wasn't an interview, got angry with me for asking about the payments and told me that the base charge in the UK is £80 per session. The interviewer was vague and seemingly deceptive so I didn't get on board.

I had a few sessions booked and they went well but sometimes people book and don' turn up, so I contacted Mantra Care enquiring if I would get paid, after all I was there. I never got an answer. I should have had payment coming my way on the 7th, it never happened. I contacted them many times. The app is appaling and full of glitches, even my patients were complaining. It is such a shame that they are unprofessional and just dismissive. I am not holding my breath for payment after what I read about them. It could be an amazing service if they would just do the right thing for the providers, the patients and fix their glitchy app, even put the ap on the pc as many patients dislike doing sessions via mobile. It falls in deaf ears unfortunately.

It's a big scam, they get people's money, keep the practitioner around until they realise they will never get paid but then, who cares? They already made 2 months worth of fees. Unscrupulous. Disrespect for the professional and their clients.
