GBNO CUSTOMER SERVICE AND BROKEN APP App crashes. Can't find message area where they are supposedly trying to contact me. Can't figure out how to schedule the $50 each therapy appointments I paid for. There is no customer service chat or phone line, and no videos on how to use the app. The only phone number (even the US area code one, I found out, unfortunately) rings in India so I woke that person up in the middle of the night but she's looking for business partners, not to help clients. It is fully unbelievable that this service is part of care plans including Cigna. Their refund policy is "If you dispute, we will come after your credit, send you to collections, cancel your account, ban you from the platform." Today, after sending multiple messages yesterday, I found my account has been cancelled without any reference to what I paid for, whether the app works, or anything. Garbage. Don't use it.

INA life changing Experience: My Journey With MantraCare As someone who has struggled with depression for a significant portion of my life, I cannot stress enough how transformative my experience with MantraCare has been. This online therapy platform has truly become a beacon of hope and support in my journey toward better mental health. From the moment I signed up with MantraCare, I felt a genuine sense of care and empathy from their team. The registration process was seamless, and their website was user-friendly. The therapists at MantraCare are undoubtedly the heart and soul of this platform. My assigned therapist, Sarah, has been an absolute blessing. From the very first session, Sarah exhibited an incredible ability to listen attentively and understand the complexities of my emotions. If you're searching for an online therapy platform that genuinely cares about your well-being, MantraCare is the perfect choice. Thank you, MantraCare, for being there for me during my darkest moments and for guiding me toward the path of healing and self-discovery.

AUI have applied to work with MantraCare… I have applied to work with MantraCare as an instructor, I was selected, they sent me an email with general information about payment and other rules, I replied asking further information about a few important things and they never got back to me until I told them I was disappointed for their behaviour and I would have written a bad review. Then the HR got in touch with me and finally I had the answers. Then I needed another piece of information because I was struggling with the App and couldn't activate it properly to get in touch with clients, and again they were not replying to me. At that point I decided to quit my collaboration with them, this is not the environment I like to work for. I asked them to delete my public profile from their website as well as delete my video presentation I did for the clients. They agree. And nevertheless I still receive client's requests for my activity and I can't tell the clients the truth because I can't access the App. Very annoying. I told the HR 3 times already that this is not fair, that they have to delete my profile because I don't want to collaborate anymore. They still keep my profile active without my consent!!!!!!!! Very dishonest!

GBAs a therapy provider I was looking to… As a therapy provider I was looking to expand my practice and so scheduled an interview with Mantracare. The interviewer didn't have my details to hand, said it wasn't an interview, got angry with me for asking about the payments and told me that the base charge in the UK is £80 per session. The interviewer was vague and seemingly deceptive so I didn't get on board.
