Love the Cards This was my first order and it arrived incomplete and I was panicking as the holiday was nearly here and I wasn’t hearing back from anyone. Cards finally arrived in the nick of time. The cardstock and envelopes are superior in quality and and I love the self-stick envelopes! Wet your pants funny and totally irreverent cards one can’t find anywhere else! Will definitely order again!

Buyer beware! I am really disappointed that no one has gotten back to me. I am a paying member and I got locked out of my account for some reason. I got an error message. I’ve reached out several times for help and no one has gotten back to me. I am unaware of there being any contact via phone. I actually had to pay an additional amount just to Send a card to a family member the day before yesterday. Their customer service sucks. Never again will I be fooled.

SCAM COMPANY Ordered card, was told card was "produced, printed, and delivered" to the post office and sent a tracking number. A week later and the tracking number says that it hasn't even been dropped off yet. Sent 2 emails asking for assistance. No answer. Refunded it through my bankcard, they should be ashamed. Even if it shows up, I'm not contacting them. This place is trash. Ask yourself why they don't list a direct phone number, and look at all of the reviews where they don't get a reply through email. Overall, THIS PLACE IS A SCAM!!

E-cards don’t arrive! For Mother’s Day I paid $1.99 to send an e-card. For a recent birthday I paid the same for another e-card. I asked the receiver today, if they received any emails from CardFool, response was No! There’s a link on the email confirmations I received to contact CardFool, but they’re not valid. I’m in the UK, so I’m not going to phone them. The €1.99 isn’t a fortune, but can you imagine the 1000’s not getting delivered & the benefit to CardFool. So, my credit card company will reverse the charges. Don’t use this company

Seems like a good alternative to… Seems like a good alternative to finding a card, writing in it, and mailing it. However, the backlog is in the mailing, so you'd better order early. Of the 4 cards I've sent, only 1 arrived before the day being celebrated, and that one arrive one day before! I've also noticed a lack of diversity in the cards, and the volume of political ones (regardless of your view) only serve to exacerbate an already inflamed situation. I also am concerned that they save your credit card and there is no method for removing it. I will not be using this service again, going back to either e-cards or the old fashioned method.
