Buyer beware! I am really disappointed that no one has gotten back to me. I am a paying member and I got locked out of my account for some reason. I got an error message. I’ve reached out several times for help and no one has gotten back to me. I am unaware of there being any contact via phone. I actually had to pay an additional amount just to Send a card to a family member the day before yesterday. Their customer service sucks. Never again will I be fooled.

Cards never received I live out of the United States, so I saw this service as a way I could send a physical card. However, I sent my 5-year-old grandson a birthday card he never received. I wrote customer service and have never received a reply. I have tried to call; nobody answers. I also sent my daughter a card, and she has yet to receive it. I won't be fooled again into trusting this company.

UNRECEIVED CARDS I had two cards that had not been received. I called and left message after message and sent emails with no response. The CEO of the Company responded to one of my emails and then called me to apologize and say that the money for those cards would be refunded immediately. Doesn't get much better than that. Very impressive.

UPS is terrible. CardFool service is great I ordered a card that didn't arrive so I contacted Tim who immediately responded. He said they mailed it but they promptly overnighted me a new card. The original card showed through the UPS three weeks after they mailed it to me. So they had actually mailed the card but clearly the UPS had an issue. Thank you for the excellent service and for your responsiveness to my problem.

Be Wary Also masquerade as Upliftingcards.com. I got emails from them, I guess I must have given them my address at some point, but from Upliftingcards, not Cardfool. My bugbear (and I think it's illegal right? certainly very poor practice at least) was that there was no unsubscribe link in the email and I've no had to message them to ask them to unsubscribe me.
