GB0 ZERO STARS NOT AVAIL 0 ZERO STARS NOT AVAIL ! I have emailed dozen times regarding receipt of my ecards to recipients who never received them ?? No replies ! im calling to dispute charges w/ credit card now !!

GBSCAM COMPANY Ordered card, was told card was "produced, printed, and delivered" to the post office and sent a tracking number. A week later and the tracking number says that it hasn't even been dropped off yet. Sent 2 emails asking for assistance. No answer. Refunded it through my bankcard, they should be ashamed. Even if it shows up, I'm not contacting them. This place is trash. Ask yourself why they don't list a direct phone number, and look at all of the reviews where they don't get a reply through email. Overall, THIS PLACE IS A SCAM!!

GBUPS is terrible. CardFool service is great I ordered a card that didn't arrive so I contacted Tim who immediately responded. He said they mailed it but they promptly overnighted me a new card. The original card showed through the UPS three weeks after they mailed it to me. So they had actually mailed the card but clearly the UPS had an issue. Thank you for the excellent service and for your responsiveness to my problem.

GBBe Wary Also masquerade as Upliftingcards.com. I got emails from them, I guess I must have given them my address at some point, but from Upliftingcards, not Cardfool. My bugbear (and I think it's illegal right? certainly very poor practice at least) was that there was no unsubscribe link in the email and I've no had to message them to ask them to unsubscribe me.

GBPoor customer service, unecessarily late card I have used CardFool a number of times with no issue, however; this last transaction has left a poor taste. I ordered two cards, one of which was two weeks prior to when I needed it. They order update stated they had shipped the card on 7/16/23 date, which should have been plenty of time before the two weeks were up. The card didn't arrive in time two weeks later, unfortunately. Investigating, I looked closer at the shipping tracker. Even though the order update said they shipped on 7/16/23 the USPS didn't even receive it until 7/24/23, over a week later. I have been awaiting response from support for 3 days now and ufortunately have no response on why this happened, or any communication about compensation or refund. At this point I think I have to eat the useless birthday card and will move on to a competitor.
