Scam I bought Divinchi diffuser without a contract and paid over $500. The store said that if the diffuser is too small for the room I can come back and buy Van Gosh and pay the difference. They also stated I have 90 days to get a subscription at which time they will refund the price of the equipment. After 10 days I went back to the store to exchange the diffuser to get the bigger one. The sales associate said that I can only buy change if I get a contract which I was not willing to do so as Aroma is selling the same sents on Amazon for $120 versus $160 through subscription. They then said that if I want the bigger diffuser I should pay them 20% restocking fees. Aroma 360 store in houston does not have a in store manager and the store would not give me her number. The sales associate and the manager spoke amongst themselves and said that the associate misrepresented the exchange and my only options were to either pay 20% restocking fees and exchange for the bigger diffuser or enter into a contract and then cancel it after 30 days. This company is a scam so stay away.

Favorite scents never available We have used Aroma360 in our home for the past 4 years (installed through our HVAC system). The reason I give them two stars is that they are constantly changing the scents that are available. We buy several scents at a time, end up loving 2-3 of them only to find that when we go to re-order they are no longer available! I could understand if this happened occasionally because a scent wasn't popular/was discontinued. This, however, has been going on for 4 years!! I'm sure there has to be a more consistent home scenting company out there....

Do not finance Do not finance. You pay for the machine 3x over! Customer service is not flexible. The machine will not be free. Pay attention to the interest on the loan. Scam!!!

I wish I would’ve done my search on… I wish I would’ve done my search on Aroma360 before purchasing. It has got to be the worse product ever and the customer service is complete crap. With less than two months of purchases, it completely stopped working and made a loud obnoxious sound. I emailed and called and they told me how to clean it and whether I did that and it still wouldn’t work. I called back again they told me to do the same thing. I went back and forth with them and they didn’t even tell me it was the motor. A year later I spoke to another person she then told me it was the motor and because it was over 90 days they can’t do anything but give me a discount on another defuser oh and the one I had was discontinued. She was so rude had the worse attitude. I was being extremely nice and understanding but omg. Save your money don’t get the Aroma360.

COMPLETE SCAM COMPLETE SCAM ! I signed up for the free wireless diffuser with the three month subscription was great for the 2 weeks that it worked ! Now I have to wait for a label to send back the product that is new and won’t turn on , then wait for the process of repair and for it to be sent back . ITS A BRAND NEW PRODUCT there’s no option to just receive a new one and they can keep the non functioning one .
