GBScam I bought Divinchi diffuser without a contract and paid over $500. The store said that if the diffuser is too small for the room I can come back and buy Van Gosh and pay the difference. They also stated I have 90 days to get a subscription at which time they will refund the price of the equipment. After 10 days I went back to the store to exchange the diffuser to get the bigger one. The sales associate said that I can only buy change if I get a contract which I was not willing to do so as Aroma is selling the same sents on Amazon for $120 versus $160 through subscription. They then said that if I want the bigger diffuser I should pay them 20% restocking fees. Aroma 360 store in houston does not have a in store manager and the store would not give me her number. The sales associate and the manager spoke amongst themselves and said that the associate misrepresented the exchange and my only options were to either pay 20% restocking fees and exchange for the bigger diffuser or enter into a contract and then cancel it after 30 days. This company is a scam so stay away.

GBThe worst customer service The worst customer service. Their subscription plans and programs are a scam. Signed up and agree to pay over time. Had issues with one of my diffuser and decided to upgrade it. They said the price would go up and I understood but they still charge me the old amount too so I am paying twice. I call and email and cant get a human on the phone. The most frustrating experience! Save your money there are other companies online to use that will actually respond to you.

GBIf I could give this company a 0 If I could give this company a 0, I would. I was called to sign up for a quarterly shipment that's billed monthly. With that is a "free" Medium sized diffuser. I was told that I had 14 days from delivery date to cancel. I tried to cancel on day 10. Customer service took thier sweet time getting back to me and by the time they did it was day 15. Imagine that. I've been stuck with this crappy service for over a year now and still have not found a scent that I like even a little.

GBI purchased two Diffusers that stopped… I purchased two Diffusers that stopped working with 3 months. I kept receiving the Refils which I paid for - Total $1095.00 for about a year. I want to cancel my contract (3 yrs) so I asked for a cancellation which was denied (very rudely). I even offer to return both Diffuser along with all the Refills that were never used but their customer service personnel are extremely rude and non cooperative.

GBSCAM! I actually received the AROMA360 as a gift. I experience major problems with it from the very beginning, it worked sporadically. The unit was fully charged, and with the new battery in the remote it only worked on occasion. Finally it stopped working completely. This was only three weeks later. Does not work manually or with the remote. Please do not waste your time and money. Those that are endorsing this product should truly be ashamed of themselves, but we all know money has no shame. DON'T DO IT!
