GBAromalicious...and great customer service… I have been using the Van Gogh for over 4 months and my house smells spectacular. Equally important is the technical support I received from Marco who walked me through programming my machine. If you want quality and service, I highly recommend this.

GBSCAM! I actually received the AROMA360 as a gift. I experience major problems with it from the very beginning, it worked sporadically. The unit was fully charged, and with the new battery in the remote it only worked on occasion. Finally it stopped working completely. This was only three weeks later. Does not work manually or with the remote. Please do not waste your time and money. Those that are endorsing this product should truly be ashamed of themselves, but we all know money has no shame. DON'T DO IT!

GBFraudulent VIP Membership Offer I originally purchased their wireless pro with the Escapade essential oil, but was then contacted by a luxury scent consultant through Aroma 360 named Gabriel Jaramillo about their VIP membership. It sounded like a great deal to upgrade to their Van Gogh model and have a monthly oil subscription, so I agreed to the VIP membership and I wanted to pay in full to avoid interest. They charged my credit card but then charged me a second time through my bank. I have tried to contact Gabriel and the Aroma 360 team to resolve this issue, but have had minimal communication. The issue still needs to be resolved and I have spoken with my bank and credit card company to discuss my options. I was able to “stop pay” the charges to my bank for the first VIP charge and original purchase, but the credit card amount still needs to be resolved.

GBThis company is terrible This company is terrible. They will coerce you into buying things, with all the promises in the world, but the second you have an issue they will leave you high and dry. Once they have your money, their customer service is terrible. I filed a complaint through the BBB and, rather than response, this Company just ceased all communications and left the issue unresolved.
