Bad experience Bad experience. Their customer service has been going downhill as quickly as their business. Customer service staff need better training (maybe Macys don't care now). A Ukraine speaking service staff had an attitude and hostile behavior against customer. Also if you order online, the package arrives at night and somehow stolen, it'd be all on you. They won't bother to care about that Customer service said that. Amazon doesn't do this to customers and so Amazon is classy. Macys return policy sucks all the time. You must return apparel shoes merchandises unworn and tag attached.. Nordstrom my favorite, is for classy people. Look up to Nordstrom - a class place!

There is a credit card fraud with Macys… There is a credit card fraud with Macys since last September. Macys customer service don’t do their job. And my fraud claim has been declined however I submitted all required evidence to proof that I didn’t do this transaction. I’m filling a claim against Macys and I’m going to Staten Island Advance. There no creditably to Macys anymore. I don’t recommend anyone to open or use Macys credit card. Macys steals customers money. I will share my horrible experience with everyone I know and post it everywhere.

Order canceled due to needing to verify… Order canceled due to needing to verify information and because it was over $499..I verified everything & I still couldn’t place the order even after calling the customer/consumer protection number because the order was over $499.00. They were going to transfer me a 3rd time to the jewelry department, I finally gave up & told them I would go into the store. Macys is a joke and this why I don’t shop at Macys…. Never again. And my refund better be processed as soon as possible. They didn’t have a problem taking the money there shouldn’t be a problem taking the hold off of my card…

Getting ripped off. I've made jewelry purchases over $7.500 in November 2023 .Everything was returned in store with proof. I have wasted unacceptable amount of time talking to representatives that do not speak or understand what you are saying, they have deducted over $3.000 of money that I've made to keep my credit in good standing and in March 2024 by magic the 3 special events disappeared from my statement without crediting my account the money that them already received. NO ONE UNDERSTANDS WHAT YOU ARE SAYING NORE DO TGEY UNDERSTAND SIMPLE MATH. MACY'S NEW POLICY OF RIPPING CUSTOMERS OFF. NEVER AGAIN.

Poor packing. Online order arrived broken. If I could give zero stars, I would. I ordered a set of dishes as a gift. When they arrived, the box of dishes was in another box over twice its size, cushioned with only two sheets of packing paper, and no fragile labels anywhere in sight. The inner box on dishes was coming apart at its seams, likely from how beaten up it must have gotten in transit. Unsurprisingly, some of the dishes were broken when I opened the inner box. I’m actually shocked that more of them were not broken. I think a 5 year old probably could have packed this more securely. Customer service is supposedly mailing a replacement and sending me a return level. I have zero confidence the replacement set will arrive in any better condition, and am frustrated I now have to repack and mail this set for a return. Buyer beware of poor packaging and wasteful practices at Macy’s online.
