I bought and item and paid using… I bought and item and paid using Klarna. I took the item to the mall and returned it. Macys never reported the return and now i have to pay Klarna for an item that was returned. Both companies have me running in circles trying to get the account as refunded. Neither company wants to help and just read off a script. Do not use either one unless you enjoy paying for items that are returned.

I hadn't received a bill, got a message about how my account was now overdue. I was super pissed, but thanks to Ms. NYLL, everything has been resolved. THANK YOU SO MUCH MS. NYLL.

Poor packing. Online order arrived broken. If I could give zero stars, I would. I ordered a set of dishes as a gift. When they arrived, the box of dishes was in another box over twice its size, cushioned with only two sheets of packing paper, and no fragile labels anywhere in sight. The inner box on dishes was coming apart at its seams, likely from how beaten up it must have gotten in transit. Unsurprisingly, some of the dishes were broken when I opened the inner box. I’m actually shocked that more of them were not broken. I think a 5 year old probably could have packed this more securely. Customer service is supposedly mailing a replacement and sending me a return level. I have zero confidence the replacement set will arrive in any better condition, and am frustrated I now have to repack and mail this set for a return. Buyer beware of poor packaging and wasteful practices at Macy’s online.

Order canceled due to needing to verify… Order canceled due to needing to verify information and because it was over $499..I verified everything & I still couldn’t place the order even after calling the customer/consumer protection number because the order was over $499.00. They were going to transfer me a 3rd time to the jewelry department, I finally gave up & told them I would go into the store. Macys is a joke and this why I don’t shop at Macys…. Never again. And my refund better be processed as soon as possible. They didn’t have a problem taking the money there shouldn’t be a problem taking the hold off of my card…

Banned to shop at Macys.com I tried to place an order on Macys.com with an 3rd party gift card. Not only the transaction was cancelled but Macy's forever ban me to shop on Macys.com. I have been a customer for a long time and they told me its a business decision to ban me and no channel to protest. What a good way to do business.
