Very little care for customer experience On my first purchase from Sephora I spent around $200 on an eyeshadow palette which arrived already used. It took around one month & multiple follow ups to receive a refund on the returned item. That was a couple of years ago. Since then, I get emailed voucher codes. Every time I have tried to use these codes, they don't work. So, I never purchased anything from them again. Tried again today to resolve an issue with a voucher I received two days ago. Glad that I stopped in here and can see that I'm not alone.

Can we ‘PLEASE’ for the love of god Can we ‘PLEASE’ for the love of god, take cue from ULTA & create a more relaxed feel in Sephora. It’s 2024 and we still have more employees walking the floor then we have products. Walking into a Sephora is so utterly uncomfortable. We want to shop…. Not be babysat

Terrible customer service and do not honour offers advertised Every time I purchase multiple items to activate an offer with free gift (with the item in my basket at time of purchase) sephora never deliver the free gift and by the time my confirmation email comes through the free gift disappears. I have tried to contact Sephora about this on multiple occasions and they either never responded failed to resolve the issue. This has now happened multiple times. I would like to point out that the offer is still active on their website so it is clearly not the case they they have run out….This is false advertising and poor (non existent) customer service. Really disappointed in this brand. They do not live up to the hype

Terrible staff Terrible staff. I went in to buy a foundation at DCC and she kept commenting on my skin. I requested her to try a couple of brands but instead of helping me pick my skin for those brands, she kept showing me other foundation brands and tested them on me. The brands I didn’t want were tested on the left side of my face which literally started creating small acne spots on my skin. She said those foundation were great for my skin due to my dry skin.. and tried to push it on me… what kind of beauty consultants are these? More like salesperson:)
