GBI recently had an incredibly disappointing I recently had an incredibly frustrating experience with Sephora's online shopping platform. After placing an order, I realized there was a duplicate order due to a system error. Despite reaching out to customer support within an hour of placing the order, I was informed that it was already being prepared at the distribution center and couldn't be cancelled. A week prior Sephora had cancelled my order without informing me about it but couldn't cancel the order within an hour. It's incredibly disappointing to encounter such poor customer service, especially when I've been a loyal customer. Moving forward, I'll be taking my business elsewhere, as this experience has left me feeling incredibly frustrated and dissatisfied.

GBTerrible insensitive company I placed an 400$ order that was stolen unfortunately by porch piracy. Fed ex confirmed delivery after their internal investigation. I filed a police report but they were unable to do anything further. Sephora offered no assistance and placed sole blame on fed ex. I've been using sephora products for years and they couldn't resend or even at minimum offer a 10% discount. They are a major corporation that can write off this as stolen product tax deduction. I'm a hard working individual that 400$ dollars means a lot too. The fact sephora was so cold and said they ran it through computer and it was delivered so they cant do anything to call fed ex again. They were so unhelpful and it shows a lot about these mega corporations. No personal human connect. I will never use their product again and for those that still value human decency and interaction I would recommend to use another company. Customer service says everything and theirs speaks volumes that they don't care about the average person. Thank you sephora for no assistance

GBAdvised them I needed before mother's… Advised them I needed before mother's day which they where ment to send next day delivery, upon asking where my item is they then after 4 days says they haven't got it in stock considering I paid next day delivery, only when I reached out to them they advised it is canceled and they have refunded me which takes 7 days to go back into your account!!! If you haven't the stock, don't advertise!!! Try investing in staff whom keep check on the stock!!! It was a very expensive item also which is more frustrating as now I can't get it on time for mother's day!!!
