Highly Disappointed with a Brand that I liked I must say I am so disappointed with the service I have received. The UK Customer Service team was not helpful and it was actually an appalling service. The delay to resolution has meant I could not use my birthday discount. I had insufficient help which had meant me going to my bank for a claim as I made a transaction with no delivery of goods.

No customer service and total scam! Be careful and don’t order with this company because there’s no customer service. I called multiple times trying to contract to return an already opened item but no one ever picks up. I emailed them twice and no one ever replied. Save yourself the trouble and pick another skincare line to use. Worst company!

No issues - lovely products Surprised to see the bad reviews but I didn’t have to use customer service at all throughout my order process as didn’t have any issues. I ordered a gift for my sister, all items arrived quickly, were as described and well packaged. Came beautifully gift boxed with a gift note as requested. My sister is really happy with all of the products and her skin has improved and is looking really clear and glowy!

I purchased some face cream from Fresh that came with an offer of 4 free sample products when you made a purchase, never got the free products and never got a response from them to say why. Face cream is really poor quality, very cheap and nasty smell dont waste your money, customer service is shocking. I got an email asking me to review my purchase so gave an honest review only to be told that my review didnt meet their standards so wouldnt be published, so another company that misleads customers by only publishing good reviews!!!

Wonderful 😊 Great deal, had 7 free samples in Christmas countdown. Beautiful complimentary gift wrap. Very quick dispatch and delivery. Very pleased. If I could give 10 stars I would. Wonderful products too, had a complimentary facial before from fresh in Harrods beauty, my skin was glowing afterwards. Effective naturally derived products, a bit pricey but well worth it if you can get the items in the Christmas countdown daily deals.
