MYDisappointing Customer Service Experience Upon discovering that one of the items I ordered was out of stock, I was informed through an email, and without any consideration for my preference, the remaining items were shipped, excluding the Gift With Purchase (GWP) that initially attracted me to the purchase. I promptly requested a cancellation of the entire order, emphasizing my desire to repurchase after resolving the stock issue and ensuring fairness. To my dismay, the order was shipped against my explicit request, citing it as a policy. This not only contradicts my intention to refund but also highlights a lack of customer-centricity on their end. The subsequent return process added to my frustration, with Customer Service responding only at the end of their operating hours, limiting communication to one correspondence per day. I attempted to reach out through alternative channels like WhatsApp, but encountered silence. This extended delay in response raises concerns about the sincerity and efficiency of fresh.con customer service.

GBHighly Disappointed with a Brand that I liked I must say I am so disappointed with the service I have received. The UK Customer Service team was not helpful and it was actually an appalling service. The delay to resolution has meant I could not use my birthday discount. I had insufficient help which had meant me going to my bank for a claim as I made a transaction with no delivery of goods.

GBWonderful đ Great deal, had 7 free samples in Christmas countdown. Beautiful complimentary gift wrap. Very quick dispatch and delivery. Very pleased. If I could give 10 stars I would. Wonderful products too, had a complimentary facial before from fresh in Harrods beauty, my skin was glowing afterwards. Effective naturally derived products, a bit pricey but well worth it if you can get the items in the Christmas countdown daily deals.

GBRude and arrogant, bad customer service Fresh is a terrible company. For starters they are still using octinoxate in their SPF products which is known to harm sea life. They are marked as âclean beautyâ at Sephora and they shouldnât be. I let Sephora know as much and also wrote to the company. They completely dismissed my concerns and sent me a statement that rambled on about their product safety. I never said their products werenât safe for people, I was addressing the environmental concerns. Just their general tone is dismissive and lacking insight. I will not be buying their products anymore.

FRWorst online experience I made an order 1 months ago, and i received it but 1 item was missing. (60$) I tried to contact the customer service by email and by Instagram. But I had an horrible expĂ©rience, the worst customer service ever !!! Iâm still waiting for a refund. But no response. Donât order on this web site. So bad because i used to love these products but this online experience convince me to never buy again from Fresh.
