Fabulous! I order from Fresh every year at Christmas time to take advantage or their fantastic free gift offers (which are amazing). My orders have always come perfectly packed and within no more than 3 days from ordering which is unheard of during the busiest shopping season of the year! Bait & Switch + No Customer Service Placed an order during the cyber week but the advertised discount was not applied to my order. The lower price was shown until after I checked out and then the confirmation page showed a higher amount was charged to my card. I've never encountered a situation like this. Contacted customer service twice with no response. Had to submit a dispute with my credit card transaction.

I will never order from their web site again, and will be using different products from other beauty brands.

Straight out Scam. Placed an order, but never received the package. UPS tracking claims the product was damaged during transit and has been returned to sender. I've spent the past 2 weeks trying to get my money back but it can never get a hold of anyone. Emails and messages aren't answered, calls to their customer service always goes to voice mail, which they never responded.
