Save On Scents is my FAVORITE for supplies Save On Scents has a large variety of DIY projects, fragrances and supplies along with great information on "how to" make body products, fragrance products like candles and incense. Customer service is always available, courteous and friendly. I LOVE doing business with Save On Scents. I've ordered from other companies and found myself back at Save On Scents because of their selections and shipping speed.

They never answered my email They never answered my email, so I can't comment of their actual customer service, just their lack of it. The scents are super weak for being the ultra, that I can't use them in soap. I won't ever buy from them again, I'm extremely dissatisfied and disappointed. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM... I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM.... I've followed them for many years assuming based on their website that their inventory would be top notch.... NOT THE CASE I have a product line and something told me, before placing a large order to order some samples as a regular customer. I'm glad I did. The samples I've ordered from them were all fragrances that I've ordered and worn for many many years including the natural color, I know the smell and what it should look like.... Even diluted.... What they sent to me was ALL WHITE LIQUID WITH ALMOST NO SMELL..... They cut the oils sooooo bad that you can't even smell them much less the NATURAL COLOR ..... such as the sandalwood I chose as one..... ALL MY LIFE AND I'M 54.... The color has always been a dark amber color and that is after being cut by the carrier oil.... It came to pure white and I instantly knew that they had cut it sooooo much that it had no fragrance.... So I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt and went to a synthetic fragrance which it normally comes pink..... as long as I've ever worn it...... AGAIN IT CAME COMPLETELY CLEAR.... I already knew it would not have any smell because it looked identical to the others and sure enough you could even smell it. I put my nose sooo close to smell that I mistakenly put my nose tip in the oil and still barely a hint.... CAN YOU IMAGINE HAD I PLACED MY LARGE ORDER AND THEY SENT ME THAT.... I know they have different levels but it should NEVER COME WITHOUT ANY SMELL.... YES I CALLED CONTACTED CUSTOMER SERVICE AND WAS TOLD TO CALL THE OFFICE...... TO THIS DATE.... AFTER SEVERAL VM I NEVER GOT A RESPONSE SO HAD I ORDERED LARGE.... I WOULD HAVE BEEN STUCK WITH A BUNCH OF CARRIER OILS WITHOUT FRAGRANCE FOR MY PRODUCTS..... DO NOT MAKE A MISTAKE AND ORDER.... I Think they are low quality and I wouldn't recommend and the customer service is non existent and they DO NOT REPLY.... I'm sure had I told them that I was prepared to make over $1500 order my service would have been great but I wanted to see the quality of their service for the average everyday person showing me that all my future purchases would be great big or small but that wasn't the case. I found what I needed on etsy and google so I'd recommend them and leave this company and their clear carrier oils alone.... #PeaceAndBlessings

I have been using Save on Scents for… I have been using Save on Scents for about 2 years now and I have never been more pleased. Their scents consistently smell wonderful and I have gotten many compliments on them. Much better than Perfume and cologne that you buy at the store. Customer service is a dream and is always willing to go the extra mile to make sure the customer's experience is top-notch....even when it's not their fault. I will continue to order from them for many years to come. Well done Save on Scents!!!

Worth a try The fragrance oils are decent but not enough for a continuous order repeat. What is pretty awesome is the specialty scents that mimic the scent of brand name products and off the wall scents that you'd never expect to find. Some missed the mark, but others were so spot on I couldn't believe my nose. I will definitely order from this company again, just probably won't be my go to supplier.
