They never answered my email They never answered my email, so I can't comment of their actual customer service, just their lack of it. The scents are super weak for being the ultra, that I can't use them in soap. I won't ever buy from them again, I'm extremely dissatisfied and disappointed. I have been with Save on Scents over 10… I have been with Save on Scents over 10 years... I witness over the past 2-3years, a change in oils.. A whole different mixture, that I discontinued selling.. Also , I My most recent purchase,(March 2019)... My whole Order Of Oils, seemed as they have been cut, their not lasting as long, and I always ordered the Extreme Version.. I ordered Bottles as well, and the last shipment, the Balls doesn’t work..I called immediately, I am so use to this company and my customers, but now, I’m not Happy with their Outcome in Oils!
