They never answered my email They never answered my email, so I can't comment of their actual customer service, just their lack of it. The scents are super weak for being the ultra, that I can't use them in soap. I won't ever buy from them again, I'm extremely dissatisfied and disappointed. I’ve been purchasing from this company… I’ve been purchasing from this company for a couple of years. In times past I’ve received exactly what I’ve ordered; unfortunately, my past two orders have not been at the concentrated levels as times past. The first time it happened, they kindly contacted me and sent another. When my last order wasn’t at the concentrated levels, I was again disappointed. Just didn’t want to go through taking off time from work to go to the post office again. Their products are good if they ship exactly what you ordered.
