The scents are super weak for being the ultra, that I can't use them in soap. I won't ever buy from them again, I'm extremely dissatisfied and disappointed. Very slow processing and shipping Very slow processing and shipping, it took 2 weeks for me to get my order. Also the scents were not as expected, nothing like the actual scent of the fragrance.

My first order for my business wasn't a… My first order for my business wasn't a large one, but the most important items were missing & shipped later. Then after repeated calls I've never been able to catch someone on the phone to talk to about doing more business. Disappointing because my company really would have loved to use them as a supplier, but I'm choosing to use others instead.
