GBWouldn't recommend for music. . Wouldn't recommend if planning to use it for music. I'ver had several copyright claims be admitted regarding the content I've used from Storyblocks over the past year. I had gone through the "dispute" process but that seems to take forever with no real answer from support. 3 Stars because of the amount of content they have.

GBCustomer service is a delicate matter Customer service is a delicate matter, and this one was handled with excellence and expediency. It feels risky to “leave a message” fearing that’s part of the run around, but in fact they had read, responded and resolved my concern before I even got to work for the day! Thanks! When I need to re-engage here, I will do so without hesitation.

GBBest customer service Best customer service. Beau from customer service was the one assigned to help out with the issue we had. He was very nice and professional and cant ask more than that. Issue was resolved and after talking with support I felt like I would renew my subscription because customer service is my main concern in most situation.

CAI had accidentally subscribed for a… I had accidentally subscribed for a year rather than the monthly payments and wiped my bank account out. As a mother of 3 teens this was a scary experience. Franco was so helpful and got me switched to monthly right away and issued me a refund. I am so thankful for the quick, easy transaction.
