Best customer service Best customer service. Beau from customer service was the one assigned to help out with the issue we had. He was very nice and professional and cant ask more than that. Issue was resolved and after talking with support I felt like I would renew my subscription because customer service is my main concern in most situation.

Customer service is a delicate matter Customer service is a delicate matter, and this one was handled with excellence and expediency. It feels risky to “leave a message” fearing that’s part of the run around, but in fact they had read, responded and resolved my concern before I even got to work for the day! Thanks! When I need to re-engage here, I will do so without hesitation.

Franco is THE BEST with resolving concerns! I am on an extreme time crunch to produce a video, and jumped at the $25/month subscription opportunity I saw on Storyblock's page. I clicked "Checkout" faster than I ever should have, because only in that split second between my click and the page refreshing to show the transaction's completion did I see that it was billed at $300 per YEAR. I panicked, but it was TOO LATE!! I'd been charged!!! I immediately shot off a desperate email to Storyblocks, explaining the tale of my tragic irresponsibility. Franco answered back the next day and with just a few back and forth clarifying questions, cancelled my subscription and refunded me everything. I AM SO GRATEFUL FOR FRANCO!! And one day when I'm able to afford paying in one swoop like that, I'll definitely be back! Thank you, Franco!
