We ordered an older but sturdy refurbished color laser printer, but they shipped a slightly different model by accident (both look the same actually, an easy mistake to make.) Rather than sending me through the hassle of re-packaging and shipping it back, they went ahead and without my asking, generously are letting us keep the first one AND shipping the other one to us as well. This is a good way to turn around a situation and develop a loyal customer, so i am impressed and appreciative. Our little nonprofit will put the gift to good use. Go team go!!

Sy is the Guy Without even telling him that I was a notary, Sy knew right away that I was a notary based on the make and model of the printer that I was asking for. I was looking for an HP LaserJet P3015X CE529A. He said that this printer was refurbised with a 1 year warranty. No other reseller gave such a long warranty. Also, this model was made even faster than other printers because the insides had been replaced with that of a faster printer. Also, I explained that we will be on vacation next week, he delayed shipping it until the coming Friday.
