Excellent service with quality delivery We were a bit wary of buying a used DesignJet printer, but Sy made it easy and answered our questions fully before the sale. We paid extra for delivery service, but it was hand delivered with pride and set up in our studio by Steve, who was knowledgeable and helpful (we had to work out a new computer interface and he had useful suggestions). Then two printheads failed and Steve worked with Sy and the Service department to get us new ones quickly at no charge. The printer is working great and their service has been very good.

Sy is the Guy Without even telling him that I was a notary, Sy knew right away that I was a notary based on the make and model of the printer that I was asking for.
