Repeat Customer - Very Satisfied! I bought multiple printers from Copyfaxes. I've dealt with Kevin and Sy, both of who were very helpful in finding us the perfect products for our needs. We plan to purchase all our printers from Copyfaxes.com.

Excellent service with quality delivery We were a bit wary of buying a used DesignJet printer, but Sy made it easy and answered our questions fully before the sale. We paid extra for delivery service, but it was hand delivered with pride and set up in our studio by Steve, who was knowledgeable and helpful (we had to work out a new computer interface and he had useful suggestions). Then two printheads failed and Steve worked with Sy and the Service department to get us new ones quickly at no charge. The printer is working great and their service has been very good.

Best Customer Service and Prices Sy, the manager, was extremely helpful and was able to give me a better price than other company's quotes. The multifunction machine we purchased works great. If it wasn't for Sy's help, I would have purchased more than we really needed. I truly felt that he cared about my experience over profit. Copyfaxes will be our new supplier for this type of equipment.

Fast, friendly, and reliable service! I had ordered a reconditioned printer, but the warranty for a refurbished one. My mistake from the beginning.
