GBCopyFaxes just made all the difference … CopyFaxes just made all the difference by smoothing over a glitch in shipping. We ordered an older but sturdy refurbished color laser printer, but they shipped a slightly different model by accident (both look the same actually, an easy mistake to make.) Rather than sending me through the hassle of re-packaging and shipping it back, they went ahead and without my asking, generously are letting us keep the first one AND shipping the other one to us as well. This is a good way to turn around a situation and develop a loyal customer, so i am impressed and appreciative. Our little nonprofit will put the gift to good use. Go team go!!

GBSy is the man! So, I ordered a printer that showed to be in stock, but I didn't get charged for shipping or get confirmation on my order. They give you a number to call to expedite/confirm your order, so I called and Sy picked up. After a brief exchange he informed me that the unit I ordered did show in stock, but they were both DOA units. Did that stop Sy from providing excellent customer service? NOPE! He immediately and unprompted started to search for and list other options for me. I was able to take these back to my customer and we agreed on a solution. Once again, I called in to the number and The Me-SY-ah answers the phone! Two to three minutes later, boom I am updating my client with good news! Very satisfied with this process and customer service!
