best toner cartridge supplier I have spent a small fortune on non-HP cartridges that did not end up working at all on my HP printer. But YB toners worked well, as soon as I installed them. In addition, the company's customer service was great. At first, I thought I had a problem, and their customer service person responded immediately and even followed up when they did not hear back from me. If I end up having problems after I am using the cartridges a while, I will revise my review. But what a pleasure to have this printer up and running again, at 37% of the cost of what I would have paid for HP cartridges.

Not Satisfied. I bought toner for a business client of mine. They did not work in his almost new Canon machine and the instructions sent along to bypass the machine error message was not successful. I only give three stars because I did receive a refund for what I returned. I sense this company is operating from overseas, because their emails always came late in the evening 9-10 pm EST. I will not be buying again.

this has been a great let down this has been a great let down. This is my second time trying to get cartridges that fit and i am out of time with two purchases, one return, no refund in account and asked to jump through hoops and present a Cinamax Profuction to show cartridges received do not fit flush in the Brother Printer MFCL8900CDW Series cartridges.

Gave me back use of my printer! Customer support answered my questions prior to sale, cartridges came promptly. When I installed them on my HP printer, they would not work, but I then disconnected everything and reinitialized everything and it worked like a charm! I am very pleased with the product and glad to have full use of my printer. Thank you YB!

The staff was very knowledgeable and… The staff was very knowledgeable and responsive both over the phone and via emails. When I had an issue they were right there with support. If you give them a chance and follow instructions you will get a good product for a much more competitive price in my opinion
