GBUpdate to 5 stars I initially gave a two star review but definitely want to update to five. Without writing a long story, customer service does as they say! They guarantee and replace a “defective” product. I thought they were not responding to my issue but I believe I was too quick to criticize. Thank you YB Toner. You are now my go to!

GBI had an issue with ordering the… I had an issue with ordering the incorrect toner. I was able to get some help through the customer service and get the right item shipped to me. The product works great and it is as good as quality as I expected.

GBSpeedy shipping Ybtoner offered me the exact product I needed at an affordable price. There was no need for me to try and remove/replace chips like other brands found at the large online store I’d normally buy from. I live in the middle of nowhere and received my package quickly. I will definitely be buying from them again.

GBThe Case of the "Leaking red toner" ??? I purchased a 4 pack of toner 215A on December 28th, 2022 and I didn't Install the new toner for several weeks later. However, when I installed all four of the toners at the same time. I noticed that the back of the printer paper had red toner all over the paper as it came out of the HP Printer? I did everything I could think of, like making sure that there wasn't a leak in red toner somewhere. I didn't find anything unusual.

GBthis has been a great let down this has been a great let down. This is my second time trying to get cartridges that fit and i am out of time with two purchases, one return, no refund in account and asked to jump through hoops and present a Cinamax Profuction to show cartridges received do not fit flush in the Brother Printer MFCL8900CDW Series cartridges.
