Great customer service and delivery I had questions about delivery and through Chat they were extremely helpful and arranged a date for my delivery. It was quick and I had my chair in the date agreed. Chair feels like new and has no cosmetic signs of being refurbished, plus it's great quality. Exactly what I needed. Highly recommend.

Very happy with this chair Very happy with this chair. Supportive and easy to adjust once you get used to how it works. Would be useful to have a basic manual on how to adjust each part as I couldn’t figure out how to heighten the back but I did find info online. I will be purchasing another for my husband as we both do a lot of computer work at home.

Are you sitting comfortably? I am! I'm sitting on my refurbished Herman Miller Office Chair as I type this and I can tell you... it is superb. Made all the more so by Corporate Spec, who swapped out my original chair as it did not have the forward tilt facility I had experienced in their showroom. They couldn't have been more helpful when dealing with my request and now I have the chair of my dreams! I highly recommend you give them a try.

Unfortunately, due to badly packaged item, the chair arrived damaged…however Corporate Spec were quick to resolve and sent replacement chair using their own transport rather than a courier (we are miles away from their depot!). The delivery driver (I think Adrian) was so friendly and helpful - he helped unpack & inspected the chair & took away the packaging. The chair itself is beautiful and has been restored to an immaculate standard. Very happy so deserves 5 stars 😊

Choice, speed, quality I was nervous about buying a refurbished chair in case there were issues, but I evidently found the right place. Corporate Spec has incredible choice and my (Humanscale Liberty) chair arrived quickly, and looking brand new. I am really really pleased and give my wholehearted recommendation.
