Couldn’t have been more helpful, no pressure to buy, Chair turned up a few days later, looking like brand-new, even though refurbished. Chair is of great quality and would definitely recommend going down this route. No hidden costs. Price is what you see.

Superb! Happy customer Superb! Placed an order on Sunday night and the chair was delivered on Tuesday morning! I was in doubt as you know those chairs are not cheap although they are in bargain price. The quality surprised me! I could see the built day under the chair was 2015 (so almost 10years) but it came assembled and LIKE NEW! Only saw some dust and hairs got stuck inside the castors but thats fine, acceptable as we know its not new anyway. Still in the process of testing the chair, not sure if I like it but I would definitely consider CorporateSpec in the future whenever I need another nice chair. Update: After few days I decided to pay more and exchange for another chair just because the one did fit well, they offered to collect at £60 upon delivering the new chair or I could choose to arrange my own delivery to them. I was willing to pay, again, the whole process was easy and quick! Paid on Friday and received another on Wed, they were also super responsive to answer my questions while I was unsure how to adjust the chair, provided a video immediately to demonstrate. very good quality of the product like new! And happy experience overall.

Highly recommended The company went above and beyond to help with a minor difficulty involving the courier, and the chair I purchased is essentially perfect. My husband has a "new" model of the same chair, purchased from Steelcase last October. There's no appreciable difference between them. An excellent purchase from a great company.

Delivery company used awful Really good company and ordered before from them b4 but if they send via DB Schenker run a mile. They dont tell you what day they are delivering so good luck being in. Then they dont contact you again and then eventually told Corporate Spec they had lost the chair only for them to turn up again unannounced when I was not in again. They should not use them anymore as they are the worst delivery company ever. Shame cos Corporate Spec great.

Amazing price for the Herman Miller… Amazing price for the Herman Miller chair I ordered. Around £1200 value as it was a fully specced one, but I paid £349 refurbished. You wouldn't know it wasn't new other than one spot on one leg where someone rested their foot on it. Stunning chair, super comfy and great customer service.
