It was quick and I had my chair in the date agreed. Chair feels like new and has no cosmetic signs of being refurbished, plus it's great quality. Exactly what I needed. Highly recommend.

Amazing price for the Herman Miller… Amazing price for the Herman Miller chair I ordered. Around £1200 value as it was a fully specced one, but I paid £349 refurbished. You wouldn't know it wasn't new other than one spot on one leg where someone rested their foot on it. Stunning chair, super comfy and great customer service.

Really good quality refurbished chair looks and feels brand new. Quick Delivery, item came assembled and looked brand new, extremely comfortable and you couldn't tell it was refurbished. Delivery driver was very helpful and friendly told us if it wasn't satisfactory just let them know and we can return it. Will be ordering from them again.
