GBFedex completely destroyed the box that… Fedex completely destroyed the box that the furniture came in, however since bestier packaged it well, nothing was broken. Assembling it was very easy. Please ditch fedex as the box was almost the the point of falling apart.

GBI had a damaged piece in the package… I had a damaged piece in the package for the desk I ordered. The customer service team at Bestier had a second desk delivered to me less than 48 hours later.

GBBroken pieces made right When our desk arrived, there were two broken pieces. I reached out to Bestier and they made it right. I would look to use their products again.

GBAlthough one bag of connectors was… Although one bag of connectors was missing, Bestier worked with me to get the replacements. When it was determined that I could purchase them locally, they issued a partially refund to cover the cost. The payment showed up in my account within a couple of hours of my emailing them a copy of the receipt. I've never seen such a fast response. The is unbelievable. On another note, the desk is very nice and very well constructed. I highly recommend this company. Dave

GBIt took a few days and videos It took a few days and videos, but this company followed up and made sure we got a working electronic fireplace. My wife is happy with it!!
