However, customer service was more than helpful to get me a full pack of hardware in a very quick turnaround to ensure the completion of my desk. GBStay away Placed an order for Amazon prime and the order was delayed. Literally a simple where is my order enquiry and it was the worst customer service I've ever received. One of the advisors was actually rude and didn't help any further and has since deleted the messages on Amazon live chat. So dodgy.

GBI had a damaged piece in the package… I had a damaged piece in the package for the desk I ordered. The customer service team at Bestier had a second desk delivered to me less than 48 hours later.

GBIt took a few days and videos It took a few days and videos, but this company followed up and made sure we got a working electronic fireplace. My wife is happy with it!!

GBGreat Bookshelf This bookshelf looks great! Very modern and the perfect size. Looks just like the pictures that are posted. Instructions were extremely easy, easier than IKEA. They also provided extra pieces for each hardware for those just in case scenarios. Customer service was very responsive and nice. I would definitely buy from them again. Great product!
