love this company! I’ve slowly been furnishing my entire house and always come back to Scout & nimble when I need something new. Their customer service team is beyond wonderful and it just feels really good to support a business that is on your side and will do whatever they can to make Their customers happy. Very high return fee and prices higher than competitors A $40 return fee for a light and small mini table lamp does not feel right and is inconsistent with your competitors’ policies. Moreover, I looked into instead exchanging the product (a Poldina Pro mini lamp) for a larger size, but you have priced the 15 inch Poldina Pro $30 higher than every other retailer in the market including Poldina Pro direct. So it does not make sense to purchase this from you. Very disappointed.

Amazing experience! Amazing and easy experience! We ordered 4 outdoor dining chairs of which one came broken, Diana responded right away and set up a replacement. No followup calls/emails, she took the stress out of ordering online. She also researched a console we had ordered from a different company and sent me the info on backorder right away. Excellent service! Will definitely order from them again. Thank you!!!
