GBGreat price and delivery time but a box would've been better We appreciated the sale price, delivery was on time and the items ordered were just as described...very cute! One thing we would've preferred is that the items had come in a box and not a padded envelope. They could've been damaged if the padded envelope had gotten crushed by a large package. Otherwise, we're happy with our purchase. Thanks!

GBExcellent Customer Service Diana Harris provided expedited and friendly customer service. We had a coffee table that was dented upon delivery. I called customer service and was able to speak directly to Diana who also continued to communicate with me directly through email. She took ownership of managing issuing a replacement for us and followed through until delivery. This excellent customer service makes me highly likely to refer friends and family to Scout & Nimble.

GBCustomer Care truly cares! We’re renovating our Naples FL home, damaged in the recent hurricane. I ordered two lovely sconces from Scout & Nimble and then realized I had previously purchased those lights. I wrote to customer care for instructions. What I didn’t expect was the kindest note from manager Diana Harris, who not only explained return procedures, but wrote to me again when my shipment arrived, to advise credit was processed. In this age where at most businesses, no live persons even answer the phone, you guys are wonderful.

GBNot Transparent, Unable to Deliver Order has been delayed over four times - never with any rationale. "You're next in line! When our inventory is replenished your items will be prepared for shipment." They then respond with "all time frames are estimated and not guaranteed" if you write in. Buy elsewhere.

GBExcellent customer service by Haydley… Excellent customer service by Hayley and team. I received a HUGE iron cabinet and had 4 men haul it upstairs but when it was finally unwrapped, we noticed a welded hinge had broken off. S&N team let me be creative on how to resolve the issue since moving it back downstairs and shipping it back was NOT gonna happen. Instead I found a welder to repair it and they picked up the tab. Perfect solution and I'm a happy camper with a beautiful iron hutch. Wish all companies had this great of service.
