S&N kept me informed of all timelines and updates, then there was an issue that occurred during shipping, they rectified it quickly. Stress free return I ordered outdoor dining chairs that looked different in person than the online photos. Shopping online is hard and the color was just off. Dianna at Scout & Nimble was extremely helpful in working with the supplier tp accept the return and then coordinating the pick up of 10(!) chairs. Such a relief to get this resolved without a hiccup. It makes a big difference when ordering online and I will be trusting Scout & Nimble with these bigger purchases in the future.
