GBPoor product and poorer customer service Tried to utilize this program to assist with working on reviewing skills with my older dog who is already pretty well trained (knows basic commands well). Wanted to work more on off leash training mainly. Program is not very interactive and doesn't really give more than just plain old common sense...if I wanted that I wouldn't have paid for it and would;ve used the money to get an in person trainer. Also, their cancellation policy and ability to contact customer service is a bit archeic for this day and age - emailing and not getting a response for a week, plus not being notified when susbscription renewals are coming up. Do not waste your money and get an in person trainer even if using for buffing up on skills.

GBWiglow was excellent in starting off Phoebe's trainingme… Wiglow was excellent in getting me started with my puppy. I worked full time and take her to work with me so conventional dog training classes just didn't fit my schedule. Wiglow I was able to use at my own pace and convenience.

GBUnimpressed Program moves too slow & doesn’t allow for you to go at your own pace if you need to. It locks you out of subsequent steps until a future date. I’ve had a much better experience with the free app Pupford. Very disappointed with this one.

GBVery poor customer service. Refused to refund my money after charging me for a second year of their garbage program! Very poor customer service! Program is a waste of time and money! Just a bunch of written instructions to read and attempt to follow. No videos or demonstrations of techniques. A year and a half ago I had a new dog with separation anxiety issues. I thought this program would help. They wanted me to shut myself in the bathroom with the dog for 30min then try to leave without the dog following. Keep repeating daily till it works. Seriously?? I wasn't expecting instant results, I know training takes time, so I went ahead and got the 1 year plan to save money. It was a waste, but I figured lesson learned. A year later a $119 charge hits my bank account with no warning. I immediately called Wiglo, who refused to refund my money. I had the charge reversed by Shazam as fraud, but Wiglo had the audacity to fight it and get the charge reinstated. I reached out to them again by email (they don't have a phone number to talk to a live person) . They are ignoring me now. I just want my money back!!

GBI saw significant progress with my dog I saw significant progress with my dog, within weeks of starting the program. We are down to just walking behavior now. The staff were very knowledgeable and helpful I would highly recommend this product.
