GBNon- Overwhelming Training! I really liked Wiglo. Training a dog can be overwhelming, but they break it down day by day. The lessons were easy to understand for me and my dog. I learned a lot about why my dog acts certain ways in situations and how to help that. I would recommend Wiglo to anyone who wants to train on their own time and have constant support. Plus, the price can't be beat!

GBUnimpressed Program moves too slow & doesn’t allow for you to go at your own pace if you need to. It locks you out of subsequent steps until a future date. I’ve had a much better experience with the free app Pupford. Very disappointed with this one.

GBDiscriminated me for disability I have… Discriminated me for disability I have that causes me to have reading issues, difficulties understanding lengthy explanations in text. They do not let previews. Thought there were videos with it. Don't want to refund me and ignored me when I explained it was difficult for me to understand and use. Lack of accessibility. I felt discriminated when I was told no refund and I explained in my second email why and did not get any answer for 15 days. If you have replied sooner I would not have felt discriminated. You now refunded me after posting this review.

GBWiglow was excellent in starting off Phoebe's trainingme… Wiglow was excellent in getting me started with my puppy. I worked full time and take her to work with me so conventional dog training classes just didn't fit my schedule. Wiglow I was able to use at my own pace and convenience.

GBTerrible Customer Service, Possible Scam We purchased the one year program, but then had no further use for it. One year afterwards, we were hit with the automatic 1 year charge of $119.88. Went to their website to ask for a refund and cancel subscription, Wiglo said we did not have a user name and there was no account with our email. So couldn't even cancel. There is no phone number for these people, so they were emailed. They canceled the subscription, but completely ignored any attempt to discuss a refund. We don't have the dogs, and I requested a refund the exact same day the charge went through - clearly with in the 14 days as stated on their website. After two days of being ignored, I am writing this review in order to get attention and get a refund, as it seems to have worked for other reviews here. Be very careful with this company, they are more than willing to collect money once people no longer want their service - which is very poor customer service at best and kind of scammy at worst. Again - Wiglo - please reach out! Edit - Once this review was written, the refund was offered within one hour. No communication was received prior to review. Upgrading to three stars due to my issue being resolved.
