Their Fragrances are weak Their Fragrances are weak. They're not the right color. Customer service never got back to me. No response through email, Facebook etc. Totally trash company selling weak/fake fragrances

Beautiful, authentic perfumes Website was easy to navigate and they have great offerings with reasonable prices. Love being able to buy these perfumes in smaller decant sizes in order to try them out. Every perfume is authentic and packaged nicely. My only criticism would be that the labels could be affixed a little better so that they're less likely to come off.

Restocking Fee For Fake Product They sent me a bottle of diluted LeLabo Tabac 28. Then they asked me to send it back, which I did. Then they have the nerve to charge me a 20% restocking fee for something they deliberately altered, and didn't offer to reimburse for the return shipping. www.mycustomscent is a fraudulent, and unscrupulous business that should be avoided at all cost. Spread the word.

I was sent the wrong fragrance/scent or… I was sent the wrong fragrance/scent or it was a fake scent. I have received no response for the past 2 weeks since I emailed the customer service email that they posted in previous reviews. I would like the correct fragrance sent or a refund.

So far so good So far so good , jus wished they kept more of the scents I use on hand so I can get my order sooner lol , but besides that it's been great
