My experience wtih MyCustomScent has… My experience wtih MyCustomScent has been averge. It isa pretdy much standard scent websie, so nothing overly remarkable about it. I liked the qualtiy of the products they offer, but the customers service could hve been a bit better. The prices are no above board, but they could do with a bit of relfuction as well. In all, the website is almost gud, but with some improvements here and there, it could be the perfext place to buy scents. I would rate it 3.5/5.

Restocking Fee For Fake Product They sent me a bottle of diluted LeLabo Tabac 28. Then they asked me to send it back, which I did. Then they have the nerve to charge me a 20% restocking fee for something they deliberately altered, and didn't offer to reimburse for the return shipping. www.mycustomscent is a fraudulent, and unscrupulous business that should be avoided at all cost. Spread the word.

A five star experience The service was moderately fast, the delivery was good no damage, well packed. The shopping part of the experience was fun. The costs are reasonable and realistic. I give a 5 for overall experience. Cheers Rhonda

Petals for the Win I really enjoyed the questionnaire! When I was done with them, they matched me with exactly what I was looking for. It pleased me to know that they gave options to try out scents before fully committing. It will be interesting trying out the petals, but nonetheless I am excited! I have been looking for a new signature scent and I hope I strike gold!

Perfect Scent I'd been waiting to try Ganymede and I was more impressed that I thought I would be. It's such a unique scent that's fresh and inviting. Nothing in my almost 200 collection smells like it! I've already received around 5 compliments and purchased a full bottle!
