Then they have the nerve to charge me a 20% restocking fee for something they deliberately altered, and didn't offer to reimburse for the return shipping. www.mycustomscent is a fraudulent, and unscrupulous business that should be avoided at all cost. Great deal on decants The scents I ordered were all just as exceptional as I had expected. I think this site offers some great deals on decants which permits me many of the world's top fragrances prior to investing a huge sum on a full bottle.

I was sent the wrong fragrance/scent or… I was sent the wrong fragrance/scent or it was a fake scent. I have received no response for the past 2 weeks since I emailed the customer service email that they posted in previous reviews. I would like the correct fragrance sent or a refund.
