GBWas a long time customer (over 5 years)… Was a long time customer (over 5 years) and recently decided to revendor this portion of my program out. Requested I have a meeting the the account lead. Spoke with him told him we were leaving and he made it sound like we could get out just fine but then 2 weeks after asking he (instead of calling) emails me that they "had a internal meeting," and must serve the contract length out till its natural end date (4 months from now). Our company spent well over $100K with this company and they wont let me out of there agreement 4 months early. I revoked all access so they are legitimately just collecting money on an account they do not manage anymore. I do not for the life of me understand how they can legally obligate someone to a contract predicated on future services rendered. Shameful and to me showed there integrity as an organization. DO NOT USE THEM solely based on the exiting of this company as a ecommerce solution.

GBDO NOT SIGN CONTRACT As others have stated, we started on good faith. They were very expensive but we figured it would pay to go with the "big" company in the space. Well let me tell you, that was a BIG mistake! First off, what company charges you thousands a month and doesn't offer phone or chat support??!?! If you send an email, no matter how important, expect a response in around 2 or so days (the norm). Second, they make it very clear that you're just another number, another contract, nothing more. When you sign that contract, you're in for 12 months. No matter how poorly they perform, they will NOT refund you. You have to take their poor support, their buggy platform, and their rude sales staff (that over promises and under delivers). Do your research, there are others out there with better support and around 1/10th the price. Don't make the same mistake we did!

GBBeware auto renewal clauses We entered into an annual contract with Channel Advisor. They struggled to set us up on Amazon which took them 2 months with no setting aside of fees in this period. They include a 12 month auto renewal clause but do not provide any notice of the renewal. We cancelled on receiving the invoice on the anniversary but they are going legal to force us to work with them for another year. This is an unusual way to have a constructive business relationship. Avoid and set up on Amazon yourself as they add little value and prey on small businesses.

GBSCAMMERS AND FRAUDULANT SCAMMERS AND FRAUDULANT. please read all reviews about this company before you sign. Be care of their contracts. They took 7 months and couldn't get the implementation done. they charge every month service fee even if you are not live. in our case, we were 7 month into the contract and we were not live. $33,750 and WERE NOT ABLE TO GO LIVE. NEED A LAWYER TO GET OUT.

GBPot luck - depends on your account manager Difficult to review as we have had some fantastic experiences along with some devastating. I think it depends on which account manager you are assigned. On one project, our account manager managed to delete all of our Amazon listings. Fortunately it was on a new channel but if this had been one of our long-running channels this could have ended our business there and then. However on other projects I have experienced the most fabulous service from knowledgeable and attentive staff who seem to really care. Channel Advisor has also allowed us to enter new markets with ease and at low start up cost. We have only been signed up for 6 months but so far - there's been ups and downs.
