GBShocking business model and poor customer services. We paid £1500 + VAT to launch with them on just eBay then £1000 + VAT per month subscription. The setup was ok, as we are familiar with inventory systems. But when it came to despatch - we were told the system couldn't do it and had use a third party system costing an additional £500 per month. Was then told launching with Amazon would be an additional cost, scraping the data is an additional cost, as is launching on any other marketplace. I feel robbed. They guaranteed a double in sales/turnover per month - instead, we saw sales plummet rapidly. We are now two months in and fighting for a full refund. Not a single order processed via them yet. Usual story of a company promising to deliver everything but failing fast. Back to Linnwork for now (our existing platform). UPDATE. A month later after several called and emails they finally authorised a full refund. So an extra star for that now.

GBPot luck - depends on your account manager Difficult to review as we have had some fantastic experiences along with some devastating. I think it depends on which account manager you are assigned. On one project, our account manager managed to delete all of our Amazon listings. Fortunately it was on a new channel but if this had been one of our long-running channels this could have ended our business there and then. However on other projects I have experienced the most fabulous service from knowledgeable and attentive staff who seem to really care. Channel Advisor has also allowed us to enter new markets with ease and at low start up cost. We have only been signed up for 6 months but so far - there's been ups and downs.

CAWorst company I have met in my business life Money talks? Not for this company? You gave them the big upfront money and when you realized they did poor job and could like to cancel the contract you ended up a collection notice for the balance of the one year contract not mentioning the mistakes they made and the loss we have got.. Terrible and so sad...

ESWorst experience ever Worst experience ever. It took us more time to integrate to a marketplace with them, than fully develop all API connections ourselves. Very bad customer support and expensive solution. Check Lengow for a better software, support and prices.

DEAvoid this business at all costs Avoid this business at all costs. They are a very good example of modern day scam. - Misleading. Marketplaces that do not exist were offered. 3 months later theses Marketplaces do not exist. - Over priced for sub standard service. - Communication does not exist. Apart from the billing department, which does an excellent job in sending timely invoices with timely warnings. - Amazon and Debenhams are free. You can do it yourself. If they offer, decline immediately. - It took them 4 months to set up Amazon UK, this could have been done in less than a month. They struggled with Debenhams. - Contract was cancelled and was offered a refund. Two months later no refund and ccommunication has gone cold. This organisation should stop trading.It will help avoid the misery a vast majority of their clients had to endure.
