Avoid like plagues! I would give 0 stars if I could—horrible experience with them. In the beginning, it sounded very nice and good. Sales managers were very 'sweat boy' and promised seamless integration within our linnworks software to theirs. They vowed to integrate and launch the first marketplace nearly without our interaction. Yeah right... Companies staff unqualified and noobs- don't know what they do. After six months, we tried to cancel your contract- and they wouldn't let us. Very malicious, not trustworthy people/company! In the process, we lost 25000£ plus spent thousands on legal. PLEASE take our advice and avoid them!

The ABSOLUTE WORST -- POTENTIAL FRAUD The ABSOLUTE WORST. They sold us on a robust list of partners and then had no one on their integration list for us to use. They charged us -- a small start up -- $40,000 to "integrate" and then auto-renewed on a credit card even though they had not provided any service.

Marketplaces that do not exist were offered. 3 months later theses Marketplaces do not exist. - Over priced for sub standard service. - Communication does not exist. Apart from the billing department, which does an excellent job in sending timely invoices with timely warnings. - Amazon and Debenhams are free. You can do it yourself. If they offer, decline immediately. - It took them 4 months to set up Amazon UK, this could have been done in less than a month. They struggled with Debenhams. - Contract was cancelled and was offered a refund. Two months later no refund and ccommunication has gone cold. This organisation should stop trading.It will help avoid the misery a vast majority of their clients had to endure.

They took 7 months and couldn't get the implementation done. they charge every month service fee even if you are not live. in our case, we were 7 month into the contract and we were not live. $33,750 and WERE NOT ABLE TO GO LIVE. NEED A LAWYER TO GET OUT.

Good software but not the best company CA is probably the best solution in the marketplace for sellers wanting to offer goods on multiple marketplaces. The software is comprehensive and relatively easy to learn and use. It is also stable with few day-to-day problems. However, it is also the most expensive solution out there (by far) and they require a one year contract. In addition, they are not easy to break away from when the contract expires. They continued to charge us even after our contract expired and forced us to go through our bank and credit card company to recover the extra charges. We also found them very inflexible. You pretty much have to accept it is their way or the highway. All in all it is good software but not the best company to work with.
