GBDon't do it. From day one, customer support has been lousy. A typical response takes days, sometimes longer. At first, the service was fine, but now the servers are down frequently. In fact, the servers have currently been down for 3 days, which prompted me to write this review. I have heard very little from Rootpal with an explanation or update.

GBThe WORST hosting "deal" in history Purchased a three code stack on AppSumo, but immediately started having unexplained outages, so I refunded two of them. Missed the window on refunding the third, so I have been a witness to the train wreck of a dumpster fire that has been RootPal for the last year. Down for weeks/months, broken promises, now it appears to be completely down. I assume for good. I consider it a lost cause at this point.

GBI would give this company no stars if… I would give this company no stars if possible. They are absolutely awful. If you ever get a response from their support team which is highly unlikely, they are not helpful and incredibly unfriendly. The server is never up and running if you care about your Web posting or domain names I strongly suggest you stay well away from this company.

GBThis company is terrible This company is terrible. They sold their service with a lifetime license on Appsumo. Support was reasonable in terms of response times to start with, but around a month ago, they lost a lot of servers due to what seems like a data breach. They have not communicated with customers. I actually found out when a client's website wouldn't load and they contacted me. And the cause was on an obscure post on their LinkedIn profile. Since then they have refused to answer support tickets. Responses from me get automatically closed down when they themselves don't reply back. Stay away from them if you value your content and time.

GBThe most terryfing hosting deal ever bought When I saw the Appsumo lifetime deal one stack $100 I was sceptical since I would never put client websites on a hosting company that sells lifetime deals. So I have decided to invest in one code and use it for my web development. The idea was to test sites, plugins, themes, website builders there. Initially the experience seemed good, but after a few months started the issues. Long story short: I have had ten dev sites down since months ago. You cannot even imagine how many support thickets I had to open. If you want to prevent nightmares, just avoid this company at all costs.
