ARThey abused an Appsumo deal and sold… They abused an Appsumo deal and sold thousands of deals, then they locked the access and destroyed all hosted content of customers. Never replied and stole the money. Do not purchase anything from these scammers.

AUPathetic Hosting provider Absolute garbage hosting provider, gave promises on lifetime hosting and half of the time the services are down and not even providing refund too Bought the deal from stocksocial which is also known as scam social.

GBRootpal is Dishonest and a Thief!!! Rootpal is the worst hosting company I’ve ever seen. They go down all the time but have bogus uptime reports on their site showing near perfect uptime. They sold a bunch of lifetime hosting deals but I fully expect them to just shut down and disappear. EDIT: I have not had any service at all for a full month. They supposedly have several different servers so I created a ticket asking them to setup my account on an operational server. Several days passed and they just closed the ticket with no response. I reopened the ticket and a week passed and they closed the ticket again. I purchased their lifetime deal and Rootpal has literally stolen the money and refused to provide service.

GBAwesome Awesome Awesome Was a little skeptical. But now I am impressed with the set of products. Dedicated - yeah! SSH access, node.js hosting, various caching methods, ruby, web firewall, antivirus, git sync, SSL (free LetsEncrypt or pay for your own)... Good customer service. Yes, it may seem a little "techy", but one should not expect a personal IT and Web Development manager for site migration and installation for this price. I had an issue migrating the non-WordPress websites and Armando was friendly and prompt. All good. Godspeed Rootpal!

GBDon't do it. From day one, customer support has been lousy. A typical response takes days, sometimes longer. At first, the service was fine, but now the servers are down frequently. In fact, the servers have currently been down for 3 days, which prompted me to write this review. I have heard very little from Rootpal with an explanation or update.
