GBWorking remotely from home made easier! When the country shut down last March our office employees began working at home. We no longer had access to our copier/scanner/fax machine. So we tried another fax service and they were terrible. Pretty quickly we searched for a different one and found FaxDeck. We've been very happy with the service. Easy to use, great customer service, and easy billing and payments. We would highly recommend FaxDeck to anyone!

GBApparently this company is not in… Apparently this company is not in operation but yet still seems to be taking monthly debits from my account. I have not been receiving any faxes and they aren’t responding to emails. There is no other form of communication for them. I will be disputing all their charges!

GBWORSE Fax COMPANY EVER WORSE Fax COMPANY EVER! FaxDeck shut down my account for $5 Dollars. My bank shut the card down because of fraud that I had an automatic recurring payment with FaxDeck. They claimed that I didn't respond to the 4-notices they sent - they only sent 2(two) after I reviewed my emails. When I emailed them to place my updated bank card to my account they upright refused to reinstate my account. They are a Horrible company that I will never do business with again and I suggest No One else does either...

GBNo confirmation of fax, not sure if their tech is working I tried faxing something and never received confirmation. I tried multiple times and I called the recipient. I don't think she received it either. That's why I canceled my account immediately. Thanks, I modified my review to add one more star. And that they replied in this thread and confirmed that my account was closed via email. Also, it was easy to close the account unlike some other fax app. Thanks!

GBI have not received a fax in over a month I have not received a fax in over a month even though I was recently charged for my service. I know it is not working because I fax documents to myself in order to turn them into pdf's. Up until now I was very happy with their service but they have ignored my 2 attempts to contact them through their customer service portal.
